We run an accounting and advisory firm, and we use Content Snare for client onboarding, tax document collection, AML/KYC information, and general client information requests.
It has made our process a lot easier to manage. Before using it, we were relying heavily on emails, checklists and manual follow-ups, which could get pretty messy once there were multiple clients and jobs on the go.
Content Snare gives us a much clearer way to request information from clients and track where everything is up to. It has reduced a lot of the back-and-forth, and it also feels more professional from the client’s side.
Overall, it has been a really useful tool for keeping client information requests organised and making sure things do not fall through the cracks.

Streamline Client Questionnaires
Content Snare has helped save time and reduce back and forth followup with clients by having the client go through a digital checklist, upload their documents, and answer questions prior to our discussion of their tax return. This has especially saved time waiting on things like "spouse taxable income" which everyone always seems to forget. It also has the ability to verify client identity and has upgrades to assist with AML requirements. Definitely an App that I'm happy to have in my tech stack!

Dramatically reduced time spent following up
Content Snare has streamlined our client onboarding and significantly reduced admin time. The built-in ID verification means we never have to handle clients' identity documents, reducing security risks while providing bank-level verification. We also use it for tax agent appointments and gathering information for new trusts and companies. The automated reminders and validation of missing information mean we only need to review submissions once they're complete, saving countless follow-ups. We're now rolling it out for tax return information collection, and we're excited about the potential to solve one of our biggest administrative pain points. Highly recommended.

Time-saver and stress-saver.
It has definitely saved us time. Some clients love it. And it has avoided that "I already sent you that" line from most clients. Has it paid for itself? I don't know. But it has reduced stress for our team. Just be aware that not all clients will use it: you can take a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Just wish they would bill in AUD rather than USD

Great Software for Client Information Collection
We've used Content Snare for a couple of years now in our accountancy practice for onboarding clients as well as document collection for tax and accounting work. During that time the quality and efficiency of document collection has substantially improved, reducing turnaround times. I've received positive feedback from clients who appreciate the clarity of the process and the ability to leave comments and feedback for the information they're providing.
