The integration between MRPeasy and Xero is seamless. Has made our accounting so much quicker

Still learning, but like the clarity of layouts & reports that can be run. Be nice if stick levels showed on order/quotes screen - or maybe they can & we've not found it yet

I have change dto MRP easy from Unleashed, due to first the costst, but now the ease of use. In gerneal said you get what you pay for.It is a simple solution, but can do all I need. The lable printing for products is limited and also teh design for your documents, but we use Xero as our financial system and send all invoices through that. The BOM and rounting system works well and stock keeping is a breeze. Overall as a budget system I can recommend it, if you need higher end solutions for 10x the price look at Unleashed.

This is the most complicated, unwieldy, unintuitive, convoluted, difficult, frustrating and annoying software you could imagine. I should have known that being called MRPeasy it would be anything but easy. If I were you, I would do yourself a favour - and a favour to anyone close to you - and avoid this solution. I chose this as it would sync with Xero natively. Having used it I would now move from Xero just to avoid having to use MRP... (-can't say that next bit without screaming!) The only way of doing anything is to go through a complicated set of steps to get to the area you want. Then when you get there there is a small aspect that causes an issue. I am trying to sync contacts, but because I have uploaded my contact names from Xero, all my sync'ing hits an error saying "contact already used" - Derrr! That was the point of my original upload. An invoice would not sync so I raised it with support. "click this link and unlink invoices" I did this, then I get told that none of my invoices will re-link, so now I have some linked and some not and no way of knowing which or why. Auto sync is supposed to work with invoices. That is broken. I can do it manually but that means going into every invoice and sync'ing - not exactly the point of using software to improve efficiency. Support can't help except to say that I shouldn't have unlink my invoices!!! Urghhhh! I could go on, but you probably have the message - unless you are some sort of self-flagellist I would steer well clear of this Xero "partner".

We have been using MRPeasy for the past year for managing our currently small scale manufacturing business. Although, there is a bit of a learning curve with the user interface, once you get the hang of it, it becomes a very useful tool. We use it to closely monitor stock levels, provide quotes and monitor our production processes. I look forward to upscaling our production and using MRPeasy to help us do so.

MRPeasy does everything it says it's going to do, it's not the most flexible or intuitive system in the world, but it gets the job done and for the monthly cost you really can't beat it. We used to be with Oracle Netsuite and changed to MRPeasy earlier this year - we've never looked back!
