I find that I am finding more and more ways that Connect4 helps me manage my client relationships, the work that needs to be done to keep client work up to date as well as managing meetings. I could not manage without it now!!

Brilliant software that keeps our staff and our clients happy

Online meetings are an everyday part of life now - having a place where I can easily set an agenda and record minutes of those meetings to later share with clients is essential. The ability to recall all the minutes of previous meetings, in one place, for each client is a game changer. Meeting note taking, either alongside the native video or in Zoom as we do, makes this task easy. The app also integrates with Karbon, our practice management solution to trigger 'to do' items and workflows. I particularly like that the Connect4 team listen to feedback from customers and are constantly adapting and improving.

Having used Connect 4 for a while now it has been great in enabling structured agendas and developing actions to follow up on. A great tool to have in your app stack.

We have used Connect4 for over a year to standardise our meeting best practice such as agenda setting and action taking. Having a personal and team history of client meeting notes has been a missing piece in our tech stack- especially as Connect4 syncs actions to Karbon. Having the option of using the native Connect4 video or using Connect4 with Microsoft Teams (like we do) is powerful. The flexibility and improvements to the agenda builder and template library along with the ability for the client to add talking points has saved a lot of time and enables a really professional looking meeting. Also works pretty well to run internal team meetings and actions. Excited for where the team are heading next!
