i did subscribe to simple pay i paid for it - i log in and it refuse to accept me i did via xero it says it blocked me due to Xero Signup Unsuccessful

now i reset it i dont get email i deleted my subscription cause i paid a full amount for nothing now i cant sign up because i already exist if i put in my details i dont exist so how the m..... moet ek hierdie ding verstaan - this is so frustrating - and i cant get a refund!

Sufficient for my needs
I have been using SimplePay for 7 years and have no issues at all. My payrolls are very basic though. Have never had any major issues and found their support quick and sufficient. Reporting for SARS/EMP501/OID sufficient for my needs and they are quick with updates on deadline reminders and changes.

Not fit for purpose
We're being forced onto SimplePay by Xero dumping their Global Pay Run feature.
I can't even add employees because the mandatory dropdown of banks is grossly incomplete, and the account format validation is over aggressive.
This platform looks as if it hasn't been updated in years. Tried getting support, but nothing.
Cannot add take-on balances for custom pay items. Cannot add items like dividend that are not taxable, since every item requires an inland revenue classification.
Cannot specify something as non-paid - E.g. education expenses, which are paid direct by the company, but need to be recorded for tax purposes.
If it wasn't for Xero not caring about their customers, I would not have needed to touch this software.

SimplePay is exactly that simple
Awesome payroll, easy to use & the support is fantastic. Love that it links to xero with a simple set up and click of a button. Also very well priced compared to other payroll packages. Well done SimplePay you are awesome.
