The Xero integration makes it simple to receive generated invoices from ProWorkflow, and sync these with Xero. Turning on the Xero integration in ProWorkflow gives users the ability to send their invoices from their ProWorkflow account, straight into their Xero account with the click of a button. This not only streamlines their processes by converting project details into an invoice but will also save time from reproducing an invoice on two platforms.
ProWorkflow + Xero
You can create all your invoices in ProWorkflow based on all your time tracked or using simple line items. You can then send the generated invoices in ProWorkflow directly to Xero with a click of a button. The invoices’ status in Xero will also be synced back to ProWorkflow.
For this to work, simply log in to ProWorkflow and navigate to the Settings tab where you can set up the Xero integration. Once this is located and connected, you will be asked to allow ProWorkflow to access your company data. With this authorized, you can then sync the companies from Xero to ProWorkflow, and your integration is ready to use! Please note - the invoices module is required to be turned on for this to work.
