Joiin enabler
We love Joiin in that it enables a range of reporting to stakeholders - from summary reports to fairly detailed documents. The app is easy to use and intuitive. The service technicians are great too. Our problem was promptly attended to and resolved. Highly recommended.

Attentive & Prompt Resolution
I recently joined JOIIN and noticed that one of their the elimination feature was missing from the dropdown menu. I submitted a support ticket about the issue, and the team responded quickly and attentively. After explaining how urgent the matter was for me, they promptly resolved the problem and informed me that, due to ongoing platform updates, the feature's availability might sometimes be delayed. I appreciate how they kept me updated and addressed my concerns with efficiency.

Joiin - Cash flow statement
Excellent experience with Mahad from the Joiin team, all my questions were answered with ease and I was able to resolve my queries efficiently.
Really appreciate the option of having a call to clarify queries rather than going back and forth via email!
