We couldn’t run our plumbing business without Fergus. We tried a couple of other job management apps and Fergus was easily the best. It’s easy to use and invoices from Reece align with my jobs. We pay roughly $70 a user a month, but it easily saves me 10 hours a month, even if you are a 1 man show I would recommend it.

I am finding Fergus very frustrating, especially not being able to customize the format of invoices, ie the margins, line spacing etc. There is a LOT of wasted space on the invoices, this is troublesome when printing out invoices.

This system definitely has its good points, but it’s over complicated, a mix of fantastic functionality with complex ways operating. I understand the intent of this software and app, but it seems way over complicated and fails to provide true and accurate project management figures. Customer service started off fantastic, dealing with local people who definitely had great information, but now seems offshore and the customer service isn’t good anymore. It’s disappointing to see something with so much potential, have so many limitations with lack of updates based on user feedback.

Fergus will not develop basic tools for clients such as creating sub folders inside jobs or allocating colours to types of jobs. spend all their time updating calendars which dont need change.

Its a brilliant package, it has a high level of functionality at a reasonable cost.
