Overview

Remove friction from verifying the identity of your customers in one click.

You select the contacts you want to verify, and we send them a unique URL with a challenge they open on their smartphone. The contact is guided through sharing their selfie and image of the front and back of a government-issued ID card, such as a passport or driver's license. These images are biometrically matched and checked for potential fraudulent behaviour using the latest AI models. You get a confirmed response within a few seconds.

IdentityCheck works globally in over 200 countries and can verify over 10,000 identity document types.

The end-user experience can be localized to over 40 languages.

Helps meet regulatory requirements such as Proof of Identity by ATO/TPB and others globally.

IdentityCheck + Xero

IdentityCheck reads XPM contacts so that we can send a unique email to request verification of their identity. The unique link that we send enables us to match the identity back to your XPM contacts. No personal data is stored inside Xero, ensuring a smooth and secure process.

Getting started

To get started:

  1. Create a free IdentityCheck account. https://identity.stackgo.io/signup
  2. Connect XPM (https://identity.stackgo.io/account/integrations)
  3. Select the contact you want to verify and click "KYC Command" then "Save".
  4. Contact is emailed a unique identity check URL.
  5. Results are shared via a dashboard, and back in the appropriate XPM contact record.
