One of very few apps that I actively hate

The idea of the app is great--letting you capture receipts on the fly and have them go right into my Xero installation--but the execution is terrible. It randomly logs me out, but only *after* I have captured a receipt, thinking that it was now safely stored in my cloud, meaning I have to go fish it out of the rubbish to recapture it, it also cannot handle it if I snap a photo of a receipt and then close my phone before the app has finished uploading it to the cloud, which means I have to snap it again. Also, why it seems to want to impose a higher level of security on me than Xero itself does, when Hubdoc is vastly less sensitive (at least, to me) than Xero is, is beyond me. Fix this app!

Absolutely terrible. Always logs you out randomly. Slow and often crashes after photo taken (and after you have screwed the receipt up and thrown in the bin).

Not sure

Just like Danny P reported, could not even get it started. Android OS. for some 24h, whatever I did just would not work... reinstall, clear cache. Nothing. Then, miraculously, on the last attempt, Jesus changed it's mind. Yet to see it in action. My wife loves it, she is on iOS. Generally sounds like a handy app, but I am not holding my breath for it. Curiously see no replies from the HubDoc crowd.

Wont work any more

Used to be great but now I have realized so many bills I have entered on the mobile NEVER fed thru to Xero and will not work no matter what I try.

I couldn't even get it started

tried to set up two factor identification - Got to the authenticator to retrieve my code - it kept freezing - I gave up after six tries I had to give up. Mobile app kept referring me to the desktop - constant loop with no exit. Looks like an App I would use if I could get it to work.

Will not load contacts from Xero

No matter what i do it will not load the contacts from my Xero account. There is no other support for this issue so im left to find another alternative as it has been like this now for 2 days.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
