Good reporting platform with a responsive team
I use Joiin extensively for management and consolidated reporting and have been particularly pleased with how responsive the team has been to feedback from users.
Over time I have raised a number of suggestions based on practical issues I encountered when building and maintaining customised reports. The team has listened, discussed the requirements with me and, importantly, implemented a number of improvements. These have included more flexibility around decimal places and percentage reporting, as well as the recent improvement that preserves custom report groupings when account names or codes are changed in Xero.
These changes have made the reporting process easier and, in some cases, saved a significant amount of time maintaining customised reports.
There are still areas of the reporting functionality that I would like to see developed further, but I really value having a software provider that listens to practical feedback and continues to improve the product based on how it is actually being used.

Saves time and makes consolidation easier
Joiiin has saved us so much time on creating group reporting of multiple entities. Very easy to use and the support team have been exceptional.

Consolidation Reports
With the ability to consolidate across Xero & Quickbooks, we are able to deliver reports through Joiin that larger firms struggle to deliver using much larger ERP systems.

Wonderfull App to see consolidated views
Xero doesnt inherently have a consolidation module. Xero's one helps views everything together and seamlessly integrates with Xero. Highly recommend if you are a multi subsidiary - multi channel company

Great consolidation tool and support
We ran into a persistent connection issue with Joiin's MCP integration to Claude, and Mahad from the support team was very helpful and took time to properly diagnose the problem rather than just suggesting generic fixes. Once resolved, the reporting has been excellent producing clean, reliable financial reports across our multi-entity group. Highly recommend both the product and the support team
