A Seamless Approval Solution
ApprovalMax has been a great addition to our Xero workflow. It integrates seamlessly and makes managing bill and payment approvals simple and controlled. The approval rules are easy to set up, the audit trail is clear, and approvals move faster with automatic notifications. Overall, it’s an efficient and reliable tool that has strengthened our financial controls and saved time.

Seamless integration
I started using ApprovalMax 2 months ago. The training was great and I am amazed how it integrates with Xero, both ways. Highly Recommend ApprovalMax.

Good for transparency
Approval Max is good for creating an audit trail. It makes it simpler to authorise payments.
