Smart Tool
We really enjoy using approvalmax and hubdoc together with xero. Electronic approvals are so much easier than waiting around for management to approve payments or purchase orders. Makes the job much more automated and easier to use and review. Simple to make changes also. Recommend this to all, especially if not versed in accounting.

Great Tool!
ApprovalMax is a great tool that has automated our payment workflows. Easy to set up and to configure, we were up in running in a matter of hours not days. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the tool.
