I've been a longstanding supporter of WorkflowMax. It's so great to see the team from Bluerock take the best of the old and build a better and more powerful product for the future. So much passion and dedication. I can't wait to see what the team come up with for the next phase of development!

Wondering why there are so many 1-star reviews for the new WorkflowMax by Blue Rock? Its because BlueRock were given the almost impossible task of completely rewriting the old, outdated software from scratch in around 15 months. The alternative was to allow the product to be deprecated, and WorkflowMax was way too good to allow that to happen. Everyone I talked to said it could not be done - they would need at least 2 years to build and then migrate everyone, they said. And they were right. When the 15-month migration deadline arrived, as many of the 1-star reviewers will tell you, the software was indeed incomplete, slow and buggy. Three months later, the software is now super fast, almost completely bug free, and boasts a long list of new features that we all wish had been built into the old software a long time ago. I have been using WorkflowMax for 12 years and I am very grateful that WorkflowMax was saved from an inglorious end, even if the transition was rocky for a time. The 1-star reviewers experienced WorkflowMax at its very lowest point, and they had every right to be upset and frustrated. Now that the transition period is fully complete, you can experience a WorkflowMax that is better than it has ever been. Even better, the latest-tech new platform will once again expedite future upgrades to the software on a regular cycle - something that was not possible previously.

Great system for productivity and time tracking.

We have used WFM for many years. It is great to see the enthusiasm and improvements by the Blue Rock team in a short time.

We used WFM powered by Xero and have done the mirgration to WFM by BR. While there has been some issues there has also been some wins. The greatest thing about WFM by BR is the support that I receive from the support team, especially from Alex. She goes above and beyond when finding out the option that works for you on ways around it or getting the fix resolved from productions and letting me know when it should be implemented.

I've worked with the WFM by BR team for a long time as a partner and as a user - we use WFMBR for our business, Apparatus Quo as well. I love the clarity we get on our job based profitability and performance, and all of this can feed through into Xero aligned to how we report and segment our data. For our clients, we have many who are loving the platform and we are all excited for the roadmap and each additional feature that comes out, kudos to the team!
