Fathom is very user-friendly and excellent for creating management reports, especially when everything is set up in Xero. It provides clear visuals and summaries that make reporting much easier. What I appreciate most is their responsive online support. In my case, Jorecan was always quick to reply to urgent concerns so no need to spend time researching solutions. They provide direct messages and helpful videos for reference, which really helps minimize or even eliminate roadblocks.

I sent a billing enquiry expecting the usual black hole of customer service—maybe a reply by the next lunar eclipse. But BAM! Their response hit my inbox faster than I could say “what is this charge.” I barely had time to sip my tea before Pam solved my issue. Honestly, if this billing team ran the world, we’d have world peace, free Wi-Fi, and pizza that never burns the roof of your mouth. 10/10 would question my bill again just for the experience ;)
