Commerce has saved my clients around 2 days a month in manual processing of online retail sales reports. It has improved accuracy and efficiency via 'auto mapping', and there's no more messing around with spreadsheets and pivots, and still trying to figure out why there is a difference? The software is straightforward to use and relatively intuitive. There is a proactive technical support team, on hand to respond to issues quickly, and help resolve them without a fuss. The hardest part of the process is the initial mapping and set up, again supported by the technical team. However once through this stage, the process tends to run quite smoothly. There's still room for improvement, to take this product from great to brilliant, but overall we are really pleased with how it performs!

We have a few people working for us, a mistake was made, an old employee set up the dext account. Be use an email was missed - dext refuses to refund a full years subscription paid in advance. They say to bad according to their terms and conditions. To me it’s rediculous that a software company can’t refund at least 90% of a subscription when we have asked to cancel it
