Stronger spend governance with flexible approvals

Derive has been a great addition to our finance toolkit, bringing spend approvals and contract tracking together with clearer visibility over budgets, commitments and key contract dates. It helps us stay on top of both the timing and financial impact of spending decisions. The standout is its modular flexibility. We can structure straightforward approvals for routine spending and build more complex approval flows where additional oversight is needed. That flexibility makes it practical to match the process to our governance requirements. From a finance perspective, the value is clear: better accountability, more consistent approvals and a clearer audit trail. Highly recommended for teams looking to strengthen spend control and contract oversight without adding unnecessary complexity.

Derive has made a real difference in how we manage procurement at RecordPoint. It has streamlined our processes and given us much better visibility and control over our spend across the business. One of the biggest benefits is having our invoices, vendors, purchase orders, and contracts all in one place across our global operations. Before Derive, we had to navigate multiple tools and systems to bring this information together. Now, everything is much easier to access and manage. Derive’s multi-entity capability was a key reason we chose the platform, and it has been particularly valuable for us as a global organization. After using Derive for over a year, we’ve been able to manage our procurement and spend processes more efficiently, with fewer manual steps and less administrative effort.
