We recently moved to Batchly when we changed our accounting system to Xero. We regularly process high volume payments (between 300-950 per week) and sought an application that could manage this for us. Batchly was, easily, our first choice. Support was a big-ticket item for us - we needed to feel secure that support would be readily available, especially with the first few runs and multitude of questions we had initially. We were well looked after. Navigation and using the application has been easy and straight forward from the outset. It's a brilliant piece of software that solves a few fundamental flaws in Xero and has massively improved our efficiency and workflow with payables management and ESPECIALLY with credit note reconciliation and automation. After moving over to Xero, I was shocked by the lack of some very basic features. After requesting they be implemented and getting replies from Xero ranging from "that's not a priority" through to "we're not going to do that", it's great that Batchly has come along and plugged a couple of those major holes. After years of begging Xero for a way to make batch payments to credit notes with zero improvements, Batchly has been an absolute game changer. They are literally saving us hours of work by streamlining our batch payment features. On top of a fantastic product, they have been a true pleasure to collaborate with. They’ve even hopped on video calls at 6:00 AM their time just to accommodate our 14-hour time difference (we are US-based) and made updates to their products to specifically meet our needs. Batchly has made payment runs a lot more straightforward, especially when handling large batches. Everything stays in one clean run, which makes it much easier to manage and reconcile. It’s simple to use, gives good visibility before processing, and the automatic remittances are a nice bonus. Overall, it just makes the whole process quicker and less messy.
