Constant Improvments

They have been amazing at keeping us informed of the updates that have been completed, and those that are in the works Millie has been amazing at answering our queries Worth dealing with the teething issues!

Continuously Improving! Stick with these guys.

We had used the old Workflowmax for over 10 years. Obviously there was going to be some teething issues as you would expect, and there was. However, we have found that the customer support from Workflowmax has been very supportive and they seem to be working extremely hard to get everything resolved. There have been so many updates continuously since we switched over about 5 months ago, that I am positive as time goes on they will ensure this software is going run as smooth as possible! I would recommend sticking with them as this software will just get better and better.

Functional and Improving Each Week

I agree with Samuel Schlecht's comments from 17 July. We are a small business and have found the software functional for what we are doing at the moment. We probably don't use all the features that a larger business may do, but it is doing the basic job for us. Some things are functioning better than the original WFM, most importantly, issues are being rectified and if updates continue as they currently are then I think it will be a good piece of software by the end of the year. While there have been some delays in getting issues resolved, I have been impressed with most of the staff I have been in contact with. I have had phone calls with multiple people, had people following up via phone or e-mail and our main issues have been addressed. I don't think you could ask for more given how under prepared Blue Rock were. Sure, I question the beta testing process and the spin on how good things were going prior to the cut off, but dealing with issues now gives me confidence going forward.

Considering the timeframe BlueRock have had to build the product, the support and the up and coming features we're happy with the move and are excited about the future capabilities of WFM2.

MUCH WORSE than the original

We have used WFM for over 10 years. I have had to give a one star to register my review but if it wasn't for that there would be no stars. I am very disappointed with WFM2 it is extremely UN-user friendly. We have construction jobs we can not invoice out individual costs for without having to "Manually Untick" 200 other invoice we don't want on an invoice.....!! This is costing our business hours and hours of time and stress. I have no idea how you can attempt to "Improve" & remodel an old system by removing a whole lot of functions. This system was never ready to go to market in my opinion. I feel like we can not trust ANYTHING in the system. We have invoice costs missing from the migration or assigned in other jobs... or just not there at all. We are back to running spreadsheets. I understand with any new system tweaks are required but this system is floored beyond repair at this point it seems?

An integral part of our daily processes

Having used WFM for many years - since migrating it was great that this has continued to fill the requirements we need it to do successfully. Any initial teething issues were responded to and addressed and we were updated with good communication. It's now working robustly for us and is an integral part of our process that works perfectly day-in-day-out.
