A great tool!
A great add on to the business! Job/project management from quote to final sales invoice. Purchase order processing system, that keeps the costs updated throughout the job. Seamless integration with Xero. It's been a huge timesaver, streamlined processes, and saved valuable management time . Some of the dashboard figures for the individual projects could be a little clearer, but once you understand the financial summary report, it’s much easier. Advice to all, use the tutorial videos, they really help. Very glad to have stuck with WFM during the transition from Xero to Blue Rock. A great tool , I will recommend to friends or future colleagues.

WFM Essential for our Business
WFM is the system we use to manage our job system. We find it very easy to use, being very intuitive. It makes the company much more efficient in being able to charge our projects correctly and when we need support, we have easy access with our issues dealt with promptly and efficiently.
For us, WFM and its links to Xero helps to optimise and streamline our business operations .

Good App
We are initial WFM users and the integration etc was ok. Some issues but resolved. This app has some features we would like to get improved (reporting and moving Quotes or Purchase orders to different jobs). Overall very happy with good support. tks

Continuous Improvement
We are a mid-size tradeshow and convention services company. It is a pleasure to see the improvements to the software roll out seamlessly and on schedule. We use this as our estimating tool and to capture historical data for forecasting.
The Xero integration is key.

Streamlining our Workflows
Workflowmax has been central to the streamlining of our workflow processes. It gives visibility across our team to know what stage a job is at. We have been able to easily remove most of our paper-based systems and access our information from anywhere. Our teams often work remotely, so to be able to give them job information electronically and not have separate systems has helped us immensely.

The backbone of our Agency
