This was one of the alternatives we'd considered for one of our clients. The use case was - You're managing customers and prospects in Infusionsoft, but prefer to keep your books in Xero. And each time a new invoice is created in Infusionsoft, you want an invoice created in Xero. A very simple thing to do. Although this integration did the job, it wasn't easy to figure how to do it. And it was a bit expensive for us. So we'd also considered Automate.io (https://automate.io/integration/infusionsoft/xero). It fit our needs. However, it's up to your choice. This integration is great too.

Apps not working and calendly link is not working as well

Simply Genius! Connecting Xero and Infusionsoft has been a massive WANT for such a long time, and now with Workato it is actually quite simple and easy. Workato's support has been brilliant all along and more than happy to jump on a screen share to help troubleshooting. An added bonus is that I did not know about Workato until this integration came out, and now use it with lots of other integrations too!!

Xero Connect by Workato has been a game changer for our business. The powerful capabilities to synchronize the invoicing and payment activity to Xero, has provided insight that previously took manual data manipulation to complete. No other integration to Xero can match this functionality. Providing the power and flexibility also brings an additional level of expertise needed to implement a customized recipe. Out of the box capability does exist, but many businesses have modified their internal processes necessitating some adjustments to the recipes. Support is great, and experience of the Workato staff is exceptional.

Xero Connect by Workato (https://support.workato.com/support/solutions/folders/1000221892) is the single best application I have implemented in my clients' businesses as well as my own since becoming Xero and Infusionsoft Certified (https://crm.isrefer.com/go/infsicc/a44173/) in 2012. Most other Xero / Infusionsoft (https://crm.isrefer.com/go/infsicc/a44173/) integrations in my experience have been frustrating and lack-lustre. Xero Connect's bi-directional sync is elegant, powerful and delivers such unprecedented insights for business owners to make better decisions; decisions based on fact. Being able to capture data from a contact's lead source all the way through to invoicing (automagically) and everything in between is the missing link. Not having to connect a myriad of separate applications to Xero to achieve what Infusionsoft does via Xero Connect is genius simplified.
