Every sales invoice and supplier bill created in Qoblex is synced to Xero in real time. No manual exports, no double entry, and no waiting for end-of-day batches. Your books always reflect what's actually happening in your business.
📒 A Dedicated Inventory Ledger
Behind the scenes, Qoblex runs its own inventory ledger that captures every stock movement as it happens, including:
- Inventory valuation – the up-to-date value of your stock
- Stock on hand (SOH) – accurate quantities across all locations
- Cost of goods sold (COGS) – recorded at the moment of sale
- Goods received / invoice received (GR/IR) – tracking the gap between receiving stock and receiving the supplier bill
These entries are then synced to Xero, so your balance sheet and profit & loss stay accurate without manual journals.

🔄 Switch Without the Risk
Moving from another system doesn't mean shutting everything down and hoping the numbers land right. You can build and test almost all of Qoblex in parallel, including products, suppliers, bills of materials, locations, and your sales channel and Xero settings, while your current system stays in charge. When you're ready, you move stock control to Qoblex in one planned cutover: count your opening stock, bring in open purchase orders and customer orders, and go live. You can even rehearse the whole process on a test store first.

A guided setup wizard walks you through tax mapping, sales, purchases, manufacturing, and inventory accounts.
