Expensetron is an intelligent expense tracker Slack bot built to simplify filing claims. With ExpenseTron you can file expenses by sending simple messages to the bot. No need to fill out long forms or do any paperwork.
ExpenseTron is useful for people who make work related expenses for example, people from sales and business development departments, IT admins, office managers or people who travel for work.
ExpenseTron + Xero
Once integrated with Xero, ExpenseTron imports your chart of accounts and syncs all approved expenses as Purchase Bills in Xero. It also alerts you on Slack, when an expense is marked as paid in Xero. You can also control the due dates and status of the created purchase bills.
Just send a message ‘settings’ to get a link to your ExpenseTron settings panel. In the Integrations section on your settings panel, you will be able to connect your Xero account to ExpenseTron.
