Rentancy + Xero
Once connected, Rentancy stays connected. Invoices or bills added to Xero take less than 40 seconds on average to appear in Rentancy. Generation of invoices and demands is performed at 02:00 UTC time each day. Users have full control over configuring Rentancy to be used as an agent or landlord. Rentancy lets you customise Xero stationary, include/exclude taxes, automatically send invoices/demands upon generation or up to 30 days in advance. Rentancy also makes use of Xero tracking categories enabling users to report effectively in Xero against a property by expense or income. The Rentancy team has all templates and documents ready to go, making setup quick and easy.
