As an engineering company, our operational efficiency depends on a reliable MRP and CRM software, Flowlens has been just that! The software has been key in our daily operations, it supports us with giving our customers accurate information, stock control, placing orders with suppliers and it really helps to have all information in one place. We also link Flowlens with our accounting software Xero. It really does help that these are linked, It is easy to transfer company information, sales invoices, purchase invoices and accounting codes between the two.

Flowlens has been a really good fit for our business. Our day-to-day business processes run through Flowlens and then purchase and sales invoices are pushed to Xero. This keeps business activity in the business system and accountancy in the accounting system. The link is 2-way though so from Flowlens we have visibility of invoices being paid etc so , for instance, sales people can see all account information including if the customer is a good payer! Flowlens allows us to run projects, conduct our sales activity manage quotes, orders and stock in and out as well as giving us traceability of 'Assets', i.e. products with serial numbers than can be tracked through their life cycle including any servicing aspects. We've found Flowlens easy to use and accessible to navigate unlike some other CRM/ERP/MRP systems we have used and evaluated in the past.
