So, the integration between Bookeo and Xero was supposed to provide a seamless experience for both the user and their customers. The booking side of it works extremely well. When a customer books through Bookeo, their booking is recorded in Xero immediately as either a payment or as a debt. Reconciliation is a doddle once the payment is received. There is one fundamental flaw however. In Xero it is recorded that an invoice has been sent to the customer. This doesn't happen. Xero say that it is a Bookeo issue and Bookeo say that it is a Xero issue. Nevertheless, it has been months with no news of a resolution. I have taken to just resending the invoices even though they are marked as sent in Xero.
