Pay with Wise + Xero

Pay bills in just a few steps:

  1. Enter your bills into Xero then select those you’d like to pay.
  2. Choose to pay using Pay with Wise and complete the bill payment details.
  3. Payment details are sent securely to Wise ready to be paid.
  4. Transfer funds from your existing bank account to your Wise account using the payment reference.
  5. Once funds are received, Wise processes the payments to your suppliers. You can see the status of your payments in Xero.
  6. Bills are automatically marked as paid and you can reconcile the payment transaction in one click.

Awful service

Currently supplier payments on hold for nearly 3 weeks due to additional checks but nobody can tell me what the checks are and these suppliers have been paid previously too. Need to now find alternative method as I can't continue with this as currently got a lot of angry suppliers

Terrible onboarding and non existent customer service

Onboarding has been a terrible experience. Our account was setup and payments were made to suppliers. Then without warning, Wise stopped sending our payments whilst they ran checks on us. They did not advise us they had done this either, resulting in unhappy suppliers. It has been a week now and they have still not completed the checks with no ETA provided. We have had to seek a refund from Wise and send the payments via our bank account. Very poor.
