Visual Care + Xero
We are a proud Xero Partner App, further helping you to run your business on the go by offering a seamless integration with this popular cloud accounting software, streamlining the entire scheduling, invoicing and payroll cycle from start to finish.
Key integration points are:
- Seamlessly send all your invoices from Visual Care into Xero including services, KM's and expenses
- Send your timesheets and travel reimbursements from Visual Care into Xero
- Sync your contacts, inventory items, employees and pay items into Visual Care
Getting started
Log into Visual Care and navigate to the Export tab under the Settings page. Click the Connect To Xero button and follow the authorisation process. From here you're connected! You can test your connection by clicking the Show Connect Org Details button.
You can then sync your pay items, employees, inventory items and contacts (used for invoicing) into Visual Care and you're ready to start sending your data to Xero.
