💡Instant messaging is now central to the way that I interface with clients on a day to day basis and build those relationships. ❗However, Whatsapp isn't a long term fit (for many reasons, including security/ team experience/ audit trail) and Slack has been a nightmare to manage across multiple clients. 👍Timworks offers the best of both of these platforms, with additional features that specifically optimise it for use across an Accounting Practice client base & team. 🚀The roadmap is extensive and the team are dropping improvements regularly, with a really receptive mentality to user feedback. 🔥I'm a big fan of the team and expect this app to be on every Accountants' radar soon

Am really impressed with how TIM can interact between accounting software and chats. So handy not to have to leave what we're working on in Xero to trawl through loads of emails and go back and forth between the two. An excellent piece of kit!

TIM is a great communication tool for any accountant. It saves time and frustration with getting too many emails. It's very easy to use and it's so helpful that you can directly connect to Xero.
