Integrating with WriteUpp has been very easy, and means I spend much less time cross-referencing and checking invoices and payments across multiple systems. The only small downside is that exporting invoices from WriteUpp (it's a one-way sync) is not automatic - although WriteUpp is in constant development so maybe that will change.
