SmartCursors Practice Management seamlessly integrates with Xero. The integration posts all approved invoices to Xero automatically, so you do not need to send an email or prepare an invoice request form. You can also bill out-of-pocket expense and generate, approve and send tax invoice via email to your clients.
Step 1 – Setup in SmartCursors Practice Management.
Login to SmartCursors Practice Management. In the Admin cursor, select Settings, click on Plugin Settings, tick Xero and click Save. Xero tab appears on the right side of Plugins. Next, click on Xero to continue.
Step 2 – Add Xero entity. Click Add, select Entity and click Connect to Xero.
Step 3 – Connect Select Xero Organisation to authorise.
Step 4 – Sync Select Settings, click on Plugin Settings, click Xero, check the box beside Entity Name and click Edit. Click Sync Now.
Step 5 – COA mapping Check the box beside Entity Name, select Mapping, select COA, map SmartCursors COA to Xero COA (line by line) and click Save.
