Dext saves so much manual entry time and instantly translates and adds receipts to Xero. I’ve been using it for years, stay on top of all the receipts by adding them at the time they’re incurred, find them to review and approve in Dext and send them to Xero. The process is seamless and means that my accounts are up to date and balanced every week! Could not do without Dext!

It provides simple and easy steps to scan and store the documents. Also, it is efficient for users, as it integrates all data to Xero.

I can relate to many of the comments made already. Once codes are set up correctly, any staff member could easily use it, freeing up time for the senior staff members for other tasks. I have only had one question so far, and the customer service in that instance was great. Any program is only as good as the back, so well done.

I ENJOY USING DEXT IT HAS ALL THE INFORMATION I NEED IF I MISLAY AN INVOICE, THEY DO NOT CHANGE THE LAYOUT SO I AM SO HAPPY WITH ALL MY DEALINGS WITH DEXT.

Great app to use - take a picture of your receipts and let Dext pretty much do the rest!! There is still some input required but on the whole very easy to use. I personally review all the receipts that I submit on the system just to make sure that all details have been picked up correctly and that the receipt is being assigned to the correct account. I also add some descriptions to help the accountant. To summarise - very easy app to use and links in with Xero for reconciliation.

Dext is a must for businesses with more than couple of pages on the monthly Bank Statement. It saves enormous amount of time.
