Best customer service EVER!!

I cannot fault the customer service. In a world where dealing directly with a human is becoming impossible thanks to cost cutting increasing the use of infuriatingly limited chat bot style help platforms from companies, Datamolino stands head and shoulders above the rest. Yes, they have a Chatbot but it is highly monitored by humans & rather than being designed to frustrate & block, it seems to serve more as a filter to make sure it gets the right human help quickly. I also liked the fact that the person that did the demo with me from a sales perspective has continued to be our main contact and help. That consistency is vital because they get to know your business and your specific little quirks which means, they can provide solutions that they would not otherwise be able to provide. I have also been blown away by how attentive their customer service has been despite us being the smallest of users. Even customising elements to accommodate complicated invoice formats from our suppliers which with any other platform, for such a small client, would incur some sort of customisation fee. The missing star in my rating is because unfortunately for our needs the app does fall short because the number of repeat purchases is considerably less for our business than others. We use product codes for everything we buy so whilst Datamolino will read the descriptions of the purchased items, manual intervention is required to link the product code in Xero to that description the first time it is processed in Datamolino. All fine and well for items purchased regularly but as a very small construction firm, there is only a small core of materials that are consistent across all projects. I'm sure Datamolino will come up with a solution for this at some point and at that point I will gladly alter my review and give them a dozen stars.

Outstanding Customer Support

Tricky issue trying to automate expense invoices with VAT partial exemption. Support was fast, no long delays in getting help, support was helpful and went away to research the problem. Lu came back with an explanation, instructions and even a video of how to set it up. Could not have been better!

Datamolino – Essential & Outstanding After 5+ Years

Really Good product and team

I've been using Datamalino for around 2-3 months, I did have a few teething problems getting use to using the software. However the team are very responsive, always willing to help. They will jump on a video call and discuss any issues you need help with live. This has been really helpful to me! I would defiantly recommend this product, it captures data and is a very smart tool to save time. I'd also recommend DataMalino due to the great customer service and also the competitive pricing.

Great time Saver

Saves loads of time, so much easier to just forward any invoice to Datamalino and let it do all the hard work for me.

Great Xero add-on

We've been using Datamolino with Xero for about 6 months and find it really useful (particularly with line items). The customer service has been great, too!
