Great software and outstanding support services
I have been using G-Accon for my business and my clients for a year now, and it's allowed my business to provide proactive advisory services with little time and work required. You will need to invest some time initially to setup your templates, but after saving them into the G-Accon cloud you can simply add more clients and load your saved templates. I also note that the support services have been outstanding.

Great app and support
I have been using G-Accon for a couple of years now. It has been a great tool for our business processes and seeing data in formats which make it useful for our purpose and other business functions. In earlier times there were a few little bugs/errors which would occur, however, the support was always prompt and problems rectified quickly.
We'll continue to use the app for the foreseeable future.

Cannot even get started, no support
Installed, but google sheets integration is a dud.
Doesnt work.

I've used this solution for years and have loved it. Any problem or issue I've run into the support has been exceptional and they remedy me a solution within a business day. I plan to be a customer for a long time and I recommend this to friends, family, clients, and associates.

has made reporting a doddle
This is a great product, we use regularly to create reports for clients, its amazing to think of the time its saved me and clients, it has made automated reports using google sheets and data studio a doddle.
It's also a great tool if you have multiple xero accounts and need consolidated reporting.
The support helpdesk is very responsive (Thanks Yelena) and Andrey is a fantastic developer, providing quick fixes and additional features.
