Way Too Simple
Lacks functionality you'd expect from a project manager - such as seeing total estimated costs upfront (they have reports for this but need to be re-run every time you make changes). Essentially just Quotes that link to Bills with a new screen, but doesn't provide all the information readily that you'd get by creating a single Quote and multiple Bills and checking each.
No better than using excel
Having used software like SAP/Oracle/Hyperion and all the tier one software have to offer I thought I'd try Xero Projects. Found it to be a little two handed when I'm looking for software that blows me away. Seriously considering developing my own project software.
Sufficient for what we need at the price point and nice to be able to directly invoice tracked time. Fairly simple to use but could be easier. Also doesn't filter by time - I'd say that's important for a time tracking tool.
Pretty good. Just not sure how to enter non-chargeable time?
