I wouldn't be without SubSync now - I've been using it for around 6 months and it has saved me hours each week. Previously my accountant was doing the same job and chargin £100 per week so when I moved accountants and took the reconciliation on myself I looked for ways to make it simpler and SubSych has made the process seamless. Subsync solved a recurring pain point in our finance ops: reconciling Stripe and keeping Xero accurate. Before using it, the process was manual and frustrating. I’d reconcile Stripe invoices by hand, work out annual payments, and still end up with mismatches between Stripe and Xero that took too long to chase down. After adopting Subsync, the workflow is largely automated and much more dependable. Reconciliation is consistently correct, and the data in Xero stays up to date with far less effort. If you’re using Stripe and want to reduce manual handling and improve reconciliation confidence, I’d recommend it.
