I’ve been using ServiceM8 with three different company’s, ServiceM8 is the heart of all operations in my company, from having templates that make invoicing a breeze, to having templates for payment Reminders. I believe every contractor or business owner should be using ServiceM8.

Using ServiceM8 has been the best move for our small family owned and operated business. It's user friendly and streamlines all aspects, such as scheduling jobs, drafting quotes, sending invoices, staff annual leave etc. Is also very easy to integrate with Xero. Highly recommend.

Just for Apple

Best app I've tried so far, but after I saw that it's only for Apple. I thought it was absurd, am I going to force my employees to have an Apple? It doesn't make any sense.

Surprisingly Flexible

ServiceM8 works well for our business as a simple CRM. While SM8 is geared more towards blue collar work, it works well in our work where we don't travel physically to see clients very often. It has helped us keep track of ongoing jobs and not let anything slip through the cracks.
