We’ve recently brought EzzyBills into our business and couldn’t be happier with the decision. The software is highly customisable, which has allowed us to set it up exactly the way we need across our different operations, from supplier bills to credit card receipts. He took the time to understand how our business and group operate, and his guidance made integrating EzzyBills seamless and efficient. We’ve worked closely with EzzyBills to set up a WorkflowMax and Xero integration for a client, and the support from Aine has been outstanding. They've handled every customisation we’ve needed, kept us updated on escalations to the developers, and is always prompt, thorough and friendly.

We have been working with EzzyBills for a number of years now and have been extremely impressed with their software. Their software has been able to read and code extremely complicated income statements, gross up parts for GST and parts that are GST free. It can also accurately read category/location tracking and post to the correct categories in Xero. The whole process has saved us 1.5 hours of processing time per day. Once the workflow was set up, we simply email statements into Ezzybills and it reads and posts them into Xero. The support team are highly responsive and always there to help. If you have complex statements that are very time consuming to post, give them a try and work with their team as I am sure they can find a solution for you.

EzzyBills is a great timesaving tool which allows us to include the cost of jobs into Simpro, as well as entering the bills into Xero. Not without some minor issues that crop up from time-to-time, but the support service is very prompt and reliable. They do a great job!
