Happy to hike prices 60% overnight with little notice
Similar to Harvest on the BBC news, this tech company has done a similar exercise. Hiked prices up 60% for my company with little notice and forced onto variable subscriptions. Leaving the product (which isn't too bad) after many years, there are many similar products to this which haven't done this to their customers.

We recently moved every customer to a usage-based pricing model, where a plan is sized to how each business uses ApprovalMax rather than one price for each plan, and we have notified all customers before this change happened. For some accounts, that means the cost comes down; for others, it moves up, and we understand that's a hard change to sit with when it's yours.

Great Integration with Xero
ApprovalMax is a great tool that has streamlined our approval workflows and improved visibility and control over our financial processes. The integration with Xero is seamless, and the system is easy to use for both approvers and finance teams. It has helped us save time, reduce manual work, and strengthen internal controls.

EASY SET UP
The set up is easy and agile. I also appreciate how well it integrated with Xero. The reporting set up is also impressive.
I would like to see development in advance payments of deposit payments, which some industries may need.
