Great support team 5 star!

Took me a while to get the hang of eworks but the support team were great, on hand at all times via e-mail and on-line support booked in hourly slots. They responded immediately, Thanks Elizabeth, Laura and Dave for your help.

Concerned with support

I am looking at transferring our business from another app to Eworks however, I have called the Australian number multiple time, sent a live chat and sent emails with no response. I really like the look of the software but the Australian support issue is concerning me.

Excellent workflow control and back up.

We moved from another CRM system that promised the earth and didn't deliver. But from start to current back up, eworks staff have been brill. Always jump on any queries and offer positive solutions rather than just quick fixes. Would recommend for any size business, and a current merger of our business means we are growing with eworks.

Eworks one word AMAZING

First of all the demo was well delivered by the gentleman who carried it out. I was so happy with the initial trial and customer service after the trial ended i signed up right away. The service eworks provides ticks all the boxes we required, to ensure our work flows smoothly. Eworks ensured they delivered on what they promised our company in the initial demo. The lady who deals with all my enquires is quick to resolve any issues i have and is always polite and attentive to what i discuss. If she can not resolve any issues her manager is always on hand and is also very polite and attentive. Thank you for the service and look forward to our future working relationship.

Being able to sync my invoices and purchase orders with Xero has been life changing and has saved me hours a week – would highly recommend!
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
