I was using another app to bridge Woocommerce to Xero, which was the highest rated app. I rapidly discovered that in generating invoices in Xero it failed to pull across customer address details, which is a legal requirement in generating invoices in the UK. I took the free trail for Xelation and it was the best decision I've made this year. Real-time invoice generation and full customer details management pulled into Xero. It's so easy to define how the sale should be shown in Xero and it's saving me so much time. Support has been superb too. I had a couple of questions when I started and the response was swift, specific to my query (not a bot, but a human!) and gave me a complete answer to the question. I've taken a paid subscription as I am so pleased with the app and the support and I hope that this influences anyone reading this to at least try the app on the free trial. It was a great decision for me and my business and I highly recommend Xelation.

Xelation was the third app we tried to integrate Woocommerce and Xero. Unlike the first two, Xelation does all we need. There was one minor shortfall, but after a quick email to their support team, we received a custom configuration solution from the provider.

Simple solution that does the job well. Good level of customisation available. And the personal support received when you encounter problems is excellent.

I don’t know how it works - but it just works. This app has saved me so much time. Invoice is in Xero automatically after a woo commerce order with all the products added. Saves so much time. Support is amazing too.

Had an issue, caused on my end. The support was fantastic. A guy called Nick sorted it in moments. Down to earth and fast help when needed. It was a bit of a surprise in this day and age to be honest so hats off to him and the team!

Nick has been great in helping set this up. Moved from Sage Desktop to Xero and now use Xelation to download draft invoices into Xero from Woocommerce - brilliantly customer is happy!
