While it can be a bit of a wait to get some time locked in, once an appointment has been booked the team at Amaka patiently and helpfully run through mapping and settings to assist with any anomalies.

I missed the reminder for our Zoom meeting and the support team called me to discuss by phone and then move the conversation online. They were very helpful and patient with me as a first time user. Thank you!

Amaka technical support person Jam provided amazing support to help me set up my tracking to be able to fully take advantage of the integration system in a way that will provide meaningful reports in Xero. Highly recommend.
