Fantastic Integration

Very impressed by the product and customer service support. We chose Invoice Stack as we needed a way for non-finance teams to keep all client correspondence and activity within Hubspot, raise invoices without finance assistance, and have full visibility of issued invoices and payments in order to commence their workflows. Hubspot's own payment integration wasn't available outside USA, and the Stripe/Hubspot payment integration was unsuitable for global companies. Linking Hubspot with Xero enabled our global design and sales teams to draft invoices within Hubspot directly from a Hubspot quote, and instantly sync them to Xero for Finance team's approval. I could sync all Hubspot products with Xero products, which meant I could lock the account and tax attributes to the product, and I could ensure all invoices were synced to the correct entity within Xero. Contact details could be synced both ways between Hubspot and Xero so I didn't need to manually add new contacts. Our design and sales teams could raise invoices themselves and receive full visibility of when invoices were paid and even notifications once paid (via a Hubspot workflow setup). We worked with Harry to make the Invoice Stack invoice view incredibly simple so that the teams barely had to edit anything, which reduced errors and manual work for the Finance team. We had a lot of positive feedback from the team about how easy it was to use. Harry was incredibly responsive and spent a lot of time helping us get it right. We look forward to seeing Invoice Stack sync with other accounting software in the future.
