Excellent software & Easy to use
Dext is very easy to use and allows all receipts etc to be scanned into Xero. Also good thing is that it checks with previous entries and stops any duplicates. I use this every time I have to upload anything into Xero. Highly recommended

Looks like you have to subscribe and give access to your data before knowing the costs. If i am wrong, please contact me and i can amend this review.

Time Saver!
Dext is so simple the use and extremely accurate, saves us so much time and the app for the team on site is so simple and user friendly. Highly recommend!

Accurate and time saving
We have found the integration between Dext and Xero an excellent partnership for our business. Dext is accurate and, after only a few seconds of checking and coding, then a click of a button, we can be confident that bills are transferred into Xero ready to approve and pay. This process saves a lot of time with data entry cut down to a minimum.

If you haven't tried Dextension for Xero yet, it's worth switching on since it lets you view and manage Dext data right inside Xero without flipping between tabs, tightening that workflow even further. Dext is a valuable tool for accurate document capture. It significantly reduces manual data entry and integrates very well with Xero and I would think other accounting systems, helping improve accuracy and efficiency within the Finance function.
It is very user-friendly and extremely easy to navigate. I love the fact that it has digital document storage, which means that documents can be accessed anytime and it serves as a back-up.
Dext truly integrates well, facilitating the smooth transfer of captured data. This integration minimizes duplicate data entry, reduces the risk of human error and helps maintain consistency across our financial records.
While there are opportunities for enhancement in automation accuracy, reporting capabilities and advanced user adoption, the benefits realised through improved efficiency, compliance and document management far outweigh the current limitations.
