Brilliant

I'm so happy that I found Statey a few months ago. Sending statements used to be a manual process that resulted in late statements, and it frustrated our clients. Now, they receive their statements automatically and on time. My debtor's collections have improved and I give Statey some of the credit for that. Thank you!

Incorrect statements sent

Sent incorrect statements to our entire customer base.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Statey. We take our responsibility of providing accurate statements seriously. In your case, it was an unfortunate timing issue. We have refined our user interface to emphasise the need for adequate time between major bookkeeping tasks in Xero (such as automatic recurring invoices) and automated statement runs in Statey.

Great for automatic statements

Statey provides a feature that Xero is missing - automatic statements. The ability to schedule statements, have them come from a specific email/reply to & have the breakdown of 30/60/90 days. It's really helped a client reduce credit control time & great feedback from their customers. The ability to use Xero contact groups & more customisation on the statements are great. All for a low lost as well.
