Our experience with ScaleXP has been outstanding. We can now accurately track unearned revenue from Xero, something we struggled with before, and it’s made a significant impact on our financial reporting. Using Scale XP for managing deferred revenue and accrued revenue, allows us to see a complete picture for our revenue recognition without spreadsheets. It's also a nifty tool for managing accrued and prepaid expenses, for the same reason. Great time saver!

It seamlessly integrates with Xero and Hubspot, making forecasting super easy, accurate and efficient. Provided us with great visibility of our pipeline deals and xero invoices including repeating invoices all in one place. Revenue recognition and prepayment tools are fantastic and almost fully eliminate the need for traditional spreadsheets.
