terrible customer service
The app itself is great to use , as soon as someone gets any problems , your screwed , ive sent 4 emails with my problems and nothing in return , this is effecting me sending quotes out no and inturn my buisness ,
THIS IS NOT ON , UPGRADE THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM

The systems and processes built into WFM has allowed our business to grow and prosper. Functionality like 'email to job' and 'document uploads' enables my staff can share and confirm client/job information from anywhere. It's awesome.

An Amazing Workflow Management Platform
Simply put, WorkflowMax is an exceptionally flexible and easy to use workflow management system. I can monitor the progress of my projects, assess the time being spent on different tasks and see at a glance what fixed costs have been incurred.
I am able to see the profitability of each client and each project.
I can see my pipeline in the Leads module and I can push my invoicing straight into Xero.
The support I get from their team is great and if I have any questions they are always there to help me.
