Our company just recently started using Jibble. I searched through the time tracking integration on Xero and thought I should try Jibble because of the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. Easy to install, integrate and set up time tracking for employees. No complaints at all! Thanks!

App is exactly what we are after. Timesheets are easy and tracking time is great. I tried a few apps like Hubstaff and Clockify and Jibble is the only that suited our needs.

Hours upload to a xero invoice from the reports dashboard is so bad it's non-functional. I have 15 hours for a client and it is somehow saying it's 85. Doesn't make any sense. I haven't even had the client long enough to log 85 and in the app I haven't logged 85 combined between ALL clients in it's lifetime. Furthermore it doesn't forward or export any of my notes on what was done for the client. Lastly support is incredibly slow on the jibble side, even when you're paying them for support. It takes 2-3 hours to get response and then even if you're right there to answer, another 2-3 for the next. Took over a day to have a 5 question conversation with a support rep the other day.

Jibble has been a great tool for our team. It’s easy to use, accurate, and makes tracking hours and attendance effortless. The app is clean, reliable, and saves us a lot of admin time. Highly recommend it for any business wanting a straightforward time-tracking solution.
