As Xero reports are rather basic and not particularly customiseable in a useful way, Fathom was recommended to me. It is really excellent and links to Xero. There is also a great service team who can guide how to use Fathom to get the specific reports you need eg: building forecast scenarios and then report on how actuals compare to budget / scenarios. I have had many opportunitis to call customer service and never got round to leaving a review. Their response is always constructive and rapid. The knowledge of their advisors is very good and they do their level best to resolve your queries and point you in the direction of lots of helpful educational content. When they can't solve your issue or the software doesn't do what you would like it to they come up with workarounds and take on board suggestions for future development of the software. Certainly adds another level of reporting ability out of our Xero accounting software.

The software is great and opened up lots of opportunties and reasons to speak with clients more frequently, which is great for everyone! Also, the support team are responsive, friendly and very knowledgable of the system. Top all around!!
