Great Support from Online

Had an issue with Unleashed 'talking' to Xero, used the 'help chat box' on unleashed and within minutes was talking to Parmeet - thank you Parmeet. Issue resolved within a few minutes. I initially thought it would a robot but it was the very helpful Parmeet. Great help system.

I signed up for Unleased software on the 31st of March 23 after reading the reviews and paid for the onboarding fee. Once I signed up I tried to log in to enter company details etc, and found error messages. I contacted Unleased (via the chat) as support emails just bounce back, only to be told there was a bug in the system and to try again in a couple of days. (Bad look for EOFY). I tried again on the Monday, managed to enter my GST number and then unable to login in again, ERROR messages again. I contacted them via email to say there was no point in my onboarding meeting as I couldn't login, only to be advised that they were having issues. I decided this wasn't a good start, and decided to cancel my subscription altogether, after all, I was unable to do anything at all. They took the $200 dollars onboarding cost, and have tried on numerous occasions to deduct the $519.00 from my account. I have still had no response to my many emails we are now 12 days later!! Hopeless to get hold of anyone! By the way you pay $400 for the two day turnaround service what a joke!

Support is terrible

Our experience to date with Unleashed has not been that positive. You have to pay extra for the support which would be fine if they then supported you with your questions. Most times they just send you a training link and in the latest instance I have been waiting over a month for an answer to a problem in the system. An issue that is integral to the business being the COGS associated with a sale posting incorrectly. Beyond frustrated with this system

Good, polite support

Great support from Parmeet Kour who re-mapped our product integration with Shopify.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
