Tidy was a great decision for our business 4 years ago now, it save time when quoting, allow us to deliver project on time and provided priceless data for future quotes and projects. The team at Tidy couldn't help our company enough with great support in a fast and reliably matter. We currently change packages to suit our current business model and they went above and beyond to assist us with the change.

Love the personal service!

Rozcraft made the move to Tidy Stock 2 years ago after running an unsupported system called NZA Gold. We manufacture a large range of products for a reasonably small business with few in-house staff. And we carry a ridculous amount of materials after being in biz for 46 years! We use Tidy Stock to keep track of all those products and materials as well as our invoicing. It's great being able to operate the system when I'm not in the factory, be that typing in an order from Queenstown or checking stock levels while I'm in a customers store there. What I like most about Tidy Stock, or at least the people in it that we deal with, is that they're right here in NZ and I can contact a real person and get a reply to any questions or problems the same day. And they're also personal enough that they have actually made a few changes to the program following my suggestions. I wanted a couple of extra reports I felt were missing based on my experience with NZA Gold and they built them for me! Talk about listening to your customers.

Great System for SME's

We recently moved over to TS after Quickbooks Desktop was scheduled to be discontinued. We contacted TS to begin the transition process, and we had a Zoom meeting with the team in New Zeland and they were really helpful and really tried to understand our business. We've had contact with other firms who really struggled to understand how we manage stock, but Tidy got it instantly. Our account manager Belinda takes really good care of us, and the after care we recieve is second to none. Tidy Stock is cloud based, so my teams can check stock and push orders through from wherever they are and it integrates with Xero (our accounting software) perfectly. The reporting on TS is really good and gives us an overview of where we are in the month with both stock and revenue. Recommend.
